I don't wear one. Don't care for it, and I'm often doing things (gym, sports, etc...) where I wouldn't want it on anyway.

The only time I ever take my ring off is when I lift; were I still playing sports or masculine enough to do any kind of work with tools, I'd probably take it off then if the situation warranted.

I lace it through the belt of my capotain (it's a type of fedora!). That way I can stay stylish in the gym and people know I am married!

I used to take it off and leave it on the kitchen counter, then I got a kitten who of course started knocking it off the edge. Now I just put it on my keychain. Chicks always notice when you take it off and take it as a compliment, for some reason.

Wedding ring goes on Mon thru Friday after the gym and gets put in my work bag when I get home from work. Unless we're going to a somewhat formal thing on weekend, ring stays in the bag all weekend. I don't workout, sport or do housework/yardwork with the ring on. Wife pretty much the same way.

I play basketball with guys who never/can't take their ring off and it freaks me out. My ring is probably a size or 2 larger than ideal fit on purpose.

My ring has been a bit loose-ish after my cut in '14; a few years back, one of my kids pulled it off accidentally while running around in a small park in front of a restaurant where we were waiting to eat (holding onto my ring finger was a prized position in those days). I didn't notice until after we ate dinner and got back home; I went back with a flashlight and found it five hours later. Pretty fortunate.

I take mine off to lift and to do metal/wood work. In both cases I have a dedicated box attached somewhere, something I made. It's a friction fit box just big enough to hold the ring, by the door on the way in. I pop the ring in there, and put it back on when I leave. Sometimes I forget and don't wear the ring for a week or two but usually I remember.
