No. Clearly I'm an outlier though. Only 1 fridge but I do have a separate freezer so if I wanted to start bulking I could fill it with ice cream!

I'm eagerly awaiting reading JT's academic paper "POICAD or WCAD: Which is best for gainz?"

Surely POICAD and WCAD simultaneously is optimal.

I was planning on damp rid and/or evadry dehumidifiers. Will that not work?

I was considering adding

Narrator: It was both
but couldn't figure out a way to work it in. Something about G4S being the peer reviewer, but it was too early in the morning.

I have an electric fan and 2 dehumidifiers inside and still have problems.

I guess I will refrain from discussing my cheesecake cellar, lest the petite bourgeoisie (no pun intended, Johnny!) string me up.

Funny, I've always thought of you as a mascarpone masochist.

What's the point of a dedicated cheesecake fridge? Isn't it customary to eat the whole cheesecake as soon as you get home from the store?

I don't think I've had a slice of cheesecake in ten years at least

Of course it is, but who on earth only buys one cheesecake at a time?

Lol. Eat your road cheesecake on the way home, N00b.

I’m going with the built-in display case because I may want to have a torte or three in there also sometimes plus I can add on a whipped cream and sugar sauce station later.

Can the keg be used for cheesecakes (cheesekeges)?

There are no dumb questions.

All of this cheesecake talk reminded me of when I went to a renaissance fair with the family back in California around 2005 and they had a cheesecake on a stick dipped in chocolate like a Dilly Bar. It was a fairly big piece of cheesecake and it was damn good too.

No cheesecake out here, but the cook has been making snickerdoodles, chocolate chip cookies, and peanut butter cookies from scratch. I think he is trying to fatten me up as I have about 0 self control around fresh baked cookies.
