Do you guys have any trouble with humidity in your kegerators? I have a similar build but larger (3 taps and another station for carbonating a 4th on deck keg) and have tried several things to control humidity, but I basically need to empty it out every couple of months, sop up the liquid, and let it dry out.

I was planning on damp rid and/or evadry dehumidifiers. Will that not work?
Lol. Eat your road cheesecake on the way home, N00b.
I’m going with the built-in display case because I may want to have a torte or three in there also sometimes plus I can add on a whipped cream and sugar sauce station later.
All of this cheesecake talk reminded me of when I went to a renaissance fair with the family back in California around 2005 and they had a cheesecake on a stick dipped in chocolate like a Dilly Bar. It was a fairly big piece of cheesecake and it was damn good too.
No cheesecake out here, but the cook has been making snickerdoodles, chocolate chip cookies, and peanut butter cookies from scratch. I think he is trying to fatten me up as I have about 0 self control around fresh baked cookies.
