Got my computer back set up and wanting to log for a while now.

Anyways, not logging has made me v lazy and unorganized. My diet is also trash and I look like I don't even lift no more.

I'm also selling most of my sneakers to start a poker bankroll. I haven't played in over 3 years, but looks like nothing has changed, lol. They also open up a poker room nearby and I'm sure the players still suck.

My childhood buddy keeps inviting me to his lame home games. I keep making excuse not to go. By the looks of it, its some bs $20 game, that lasts 6+ hours lolol.

Anal girl is with some 10'' arm loser. They honestly look like brother and sister, it's disgusting lol.

Currently squat and DL only. I tore something in my shoulder and haven't bench since April 10.

Currently doing whatever. Need shoulder to heal but been very slow.

Need to lose like 15lb, but might not be the best time as I’m not doing any upper body. I lost all my gains like that last time. Once my shoulder heals, I will run. Whatever Loco throws at me, I will do.

I don't know wtf happen to my grip strength, but if it wasn't for grip, I would have a lot more reps in the tank. I could use straps, but isn't that cheating and also won't help you strengthen your grip? Maybe because I'm DL 3x/week. Once my shoulder heel, I will get back on a organized program. Shoulder feeling a lot better. The best way I can describe the pain is like a bone bruise. Any time I lift overhead, it feels like someone is poking at my AC joint while I have a bone bruise there.

Entering 13th week without any upper body exercise. Sad.


Thursday I leave for a mini vacation with my ex roomie and my other buddy. We're going to WI. I thought Door Country, but now it's Devil's Lake. My buddy had $1,000 to his name when he signed his lease with me 3 years ago. Now the dude has like a half million. Not sure what happen. He bought a house, a new car, and everything. Amazing. He's a donk in the stock game, though. He is down 20k this year lol. He shorted some stocks and lost big time.
