With ATG I'd be more concerned about my lower back being able to take that kind of volume, that fast, then my legs wearing out and being a problem the next day.

I was in Macau recently, I saw a 700-1400 NL game going.

That's converted to US dollars.

Infested with young Euros. Don't know what any of this means, bit it was interesting to see.

Whatever challenge loco sets for himself will probably do it, so something on the order of 185x1x10 Jefferson deadlifts with two minute rest in between reps, as long as your biofeedback says it's ok. Good luck!
