First outdoor ride of the season, felt good but still need some work here. Had no desire to run after this ride, next weekend will be my first planned bike/run combination.

Was going to swim today, it was just way too warm to avoid the outdoors. Sore from yesterday so did a quick ride.

Need to swim a lot over the next few weeks, it was just a great week weather-wise which I had to take advantage of for the run/bike.

Ugh, came down with a bad cold and didn't exercise the entire week.

Going to try starting with the bike tomorrow, though still have a pretty bad cough. Perfect timing.

Came down with a nasty cold and stopped updating - missed 2 crucial weeks. I'm a little undertrained compared to where I wanted to be, though we'll see- it's 7:30am tomorrow.

I'm definitely not going for time as I've seen how easy guys on road bikes fly past my hybrid, though it should be good.

Longest swim is now 1,000 yards, did a 16-mile bike and several 6-mike runs. Looking forward to seeing how the wetsuit will work, and honestly the transitions have me the most concerned.

Will update when it's over.
