First pic was peak of gomad squat 3x5x315 bench 3x5x250 ~203
second pic was peak of cut after ss/tm/ 5/3/1 squat 3x5x335 bench 3x5x250 ~183
third is today 3x5x350/60ish no bench(shoulder) ~200

The first pic is deceiving I think. I was busting out of pants and waddling, and my squat was much better at 15lbs lighter the next year so i dunno.

The second pic was probably after 2-3 months of lifting heavy and cutting in an attempt to get as low bf as I could without losing quality of life. I was pretty satisfied with the results as I was still lifting heavy and doing no cardio and I think my bf was quite a bit lower than the other two, so this one is prob decieving too.

Third Is where I am now, and I'm definitely not satisfied with current bf%

Pinch size in pic #2 was pretty small, but huge in 1 and 1 you can see abs so I have no idea wtf

I'd guess 15 -16%. When I was at 19, I was def slightly less cut and could pinch more, but was also at 6'3 220.

More importantly, is there no sun where you live?

Well, I've given tanning beds a shot and its pointless.

I do have a wife beater tan in #2 from riding my bike around town in it like a bawss

Summertime in vegas is usually wsop grind and I rarely lay out by the pool anyway

iono, seems like more work that its worth as any tan I get rarely lasts its always back to white on white

i did my last melanotan2 injection over a month ago and i'm still pretty tan, only have to go tanning once a month to maintain.

what u can expect from 1 month of mt2, gotta be tan for the fly honeys

yeah, i had to stop injecting it right before tanning because the urge to jack it in the tanning beds is just too high, not really fair to make someone else clean up your jizz stains, now i inject it right before bed.

Yeah after seeing more info, I'd guess that last pic is indeed 15%. I got confused and thought they were all the same time period and that's why was shocked by the size of the pinch of the last pic.
