on my 4th set the bro who spotted me on my third was like "I think you got 6 bro"
I began to try to explain how I'm not doing my max and then I stopped, and kinda laughed and just told him not to help if I dont need it. Was a srs bro spot on the first set, I had to tell him to get off the bar after the first rep. I had been running good at spotters for a very long time. I think this was my first real bro spot ever tbh. Meh.

The following volume day I did 5x5x305, but I think they were lowbar. This was when I messed my shoulder up and had to back off. Pretty sure in a few weeks I can break both those and highbar no less. Although the 305 was unbelted.

Haha, I like how it's just 5x5x315 and it doesn't even say squats or anything.

I guess once you squat 315 for 5 sets of 5 you don't even have to tell anyone what you're doing.

No program, just trying to get 3x heavy squats in a week or so with 1x dead and maybe 2 benches/presses. So kindof working off broz attitude of lifting heavy everyday. I have been doing 5x5 on bench and squat the last couple weeks though. So it is like volume day everyday.

I just decided I was gonna. Yea I live in Vegas. I was lucky that I won every session for 2 weeks so I lifted like normal, hit a downswing and cut back some playing hours and kept pushing in the gym.

I also gained a fair amount of strength(back) doing 5/3/1 for 3 months, and added 5 lbs to get up to 185.

Someone guessed my weight as 210 last week(brag?)
