No program, just trying to get 3x heavy squats in a week or so with 1x dead and maybe 2 benches/presses. So kindof working off broz attitude of lifting heavy everyday. I have been doing 5x5 on bench and squat the last couple weeks though. So it is like volume day everyday.

I just decided I was gonna. Yea I live in Vegas. I was lucky that I won every session for 2 weeks so I lifted like normal, hit a downswing and cut back some playing hours and kept pushing in the gym.
