I was going to be surprised if I hit 355 there. I have a good feel for when I have it in me usually, and I was just testing in case I was wrong. I think I prob could've had it if I was psyched up for it.
As far a 2011 goes its gonna prob include a med size bulk and cut. I might do more than one too. Not sure how much work I'm down to hit a 4 plate squat, but If I had to set 1 goal that would be it. More lbm, less fat. No idea atm how much work I'm willing to do though.
