So much fail I'm thoroughly embarrassed so lets get this over with.
No idea what happened today but I cant remember having this much fail on squat in one day. Something was way off.
Shallow reps, knee cave, failing first 2 sets, the lateral movement and poor background music.
A real mess.
I hope Thremp isn't banned for too long that he misses out on giving me **** for these.
