first bench day with no pain in shoulder. stoked. did
6x5x225 with some discomfort overall due to lack of confidence, but this injury wasn't any kind of tear but some kind of weird strain, like a minor tendon injury. I have no idea what Im talking about but ill be easing back in

2 days of some absolute ridiculous doms, like legs turned into stilts
Went to trap dl and my whole left hamstring and groin just immediately cramped like ive never experienced before
Gonna get a massage tonight ordered some bath salts, upping the magnesium, shits crazy
did some chins, carries and rows today instead
