Greetings gents. Didnt lift for awhile, then went to the Dominican, then didn't lift for awhile. Time to get back to it. Left for DR @ 225, came back @ 235, sitting at 230 now. Haven't taken a solid **** in a week. My girl is really sick. ****ing third world.

Everyone was fat basically. 95% of dudes and 98% of women. Any fitish woman was non-american of course. Anyway.

Well your deadlift does not look like that. Squeeze your chest up right before you pull. Your deadlift looks rentonesque, not dangreenesque.

It'll never look like that due to leverages. I mostly mean the simplicity of his pre-pull. He doesn't even look at the bar and keeps his head up, which is the opposite of what I've been doing for years and what I'd like to fix
