And tried to implement some things, namely bar resting on upper pecs instead of floating, feet slightly wider and more tightness. Went well. Definitely stronger out of the hole due to more chest activation. Second sticking point still a challenge because I suck at shoving my upper body through.

It's a recent change. Used to float the bar and do all the reps on one big breath. I think this is a little stronger but way more taxing.

Looking again it definitely looks like a 9, dunno wtf I was thinking
