Not sure what threw off these rocket scientists. Aspy power rating increased.

Saying something outlandish and then backtracking and claiming you were trolling when you have previously demonstrated negative self awareness massively increases your EV power rating, my tiny friend.

Oh, speaking of all natty, all genetics, and being 150-170lbs, that bench is somewhat close to being in the ballpark of what my wife raw benched. So congrats on that...

(Eta: Evo would note Armenian vs Mestizo genetics though)

N1,

Nuclear has a point.

If you've decided not to care what various women you generally want to sleep with think about you, why do you care what a group of anonymous men on the internet think about your arbitrary lifting metrics?

Or are you just keeping them wondering about you?

Of course other's opinions matter. How much they should is questionable, but none of us would be here if we were not looking for some kind of support and validation.

N1 Don't listen to nuclear and cit. Not to care about social recognition is a very advanced technique. No one here has really mastered it.

Listen to Monte. He gives clear instructions how to lift instead of trying to make you gain some selfinsight. It is more success promising.

You might feel it, but the only way to get better is to practice. Recording your set, stopping when you think you only have one more rep left, and then immediately reviewing the video to see if the bar speed matches what you thought while you were performing the rep is a good way to calibrate. I learned that, especially with squatting, what I used to think was a 9 was actually a 7, and I just had to get used to grinding a bit when things get hard. It doesn't seem like you have that problem, at least not from the videos you've posted, so I'd imagine you'd be pretty good at it.

Can you post today's squat and bench videos?

For instance:

OHP was almost 9 reps. like 90% up then i just couldn't lock out at the top.

today 183lbs. nothing fits me and i wear my work clothes when i go out now bc thats the only thing that fits me lol. a black polo and blue shorts... i think its time to cut but i dont want to. i think i accomplished all my goals, except for benching 225 for reps. i dont even think i can get that by Dec at this rate. it will take a while i think.
So the 7th rep there was RPE 9, and the 6th was RPE 8. EZ game.
