This guy on instagram has a sumo stance squat and I called him out on it. He got very defensive at me. I also called him out of his bs paused squat bc he paused for like 0.000001 of a second. He called me blind or whatever. Dude is like 275lbs or something and squats like 700 or so, which isn’t even impressive. He posts for validation a lot. Sad times. These group of gen z act like they can’t be messed with.

Yup. A big heart is all you need. I remember first meeting loco back in 2018. We went to the gym before playing blackjack. He needed to run or whatever so he was on treadmill for rest of the time after lifting. I still needed to finish up my lifts. Took like 40+ more minutes. I look at the treadmill area and this guy is still running, like half sprinting. I’m like wtf? That is heart right there.

It feels very uneven on my traps and leans to one side more than the other. Very weird.
