Wow where has the time gone?
Haven’t logged in like 2-3 week bc of overtime work and my groin. I visited the doctor like 2-3 weeks ago for my groin. She said I might have sprained it and gave me a paper with some exercise pictures. Told me not to squat so I took like a 1-2 weeks off. During that time I got insane overtime at work.
Basically my groin is still clicking. It’s weird feeling. Every time it cracks, I feel relief. Then it feels stuck again and then it cracks again. It hasn’t healed at all. I said screw this and just started to lift again.
I lost lot of strength during those weeks off, it’s insane. Will log tomorrow bc I am very tired.
Good news is I am benching with very little pain in my shoulder. Today i pushed:

Just basically trying to get some movement going. Felt great but can still feel something in there. I think I’ll be ready to go within a month. So basically been out for 6 months which is crazy.
I also pick up a new hobby. Herbert will be next and I should have pulled the trigger on Allen bc every size is sold out. Still on my list: Hill, Jefferson, Adams, Rodgers. All of them sold out. Might have to wait until next season.
