I tried to give it a go on the 26th(Friday), but my body is beat. My shoulder still in pain, my callus has not healing, and now I have some groin issue. It keeps clicking when I bend or stand up after I had a seat. One guy said it might be snapping hip syndrome. Doctor soon.

I warmed up squatting all the way to 275x2 and called it quits. Pain and felt like 315. Was the first time in my lifting career I have given up due to pain… multiple times I have pushed through flu like symptoms but Friday was like fack this I’m dead. Did some bs lightweight shoulder press to see how my shoulder feel, and went home. One of the most disappointing days in my lifting career…

I didn’t lift today either. Confuse on what to do. Take a week off? Visit doctor? Idk.

Tomorrow I will see. Too much in pain to care atm.

N1H- The Return(Minus Butthole Pleasures) biking is fun, but not competitive biking. I lost like 20lbs like that when corona started and all I did was jog and bike with my roommate and lost all my gains. Sad times.

Taking tonight off. Might go in Wednesday. No improvement on groin. Callus is closing up so that is good.

Watching some YouTube stream poker and I’m confused. Are these dudes fish? Eric Persson? Keating? They play like 200/400 and the dude just punted 250k AQ on J5x77 and got called by a full house lol.

Is there another boom happening? Like half these dudes are from TikTok and **** like Mr.Beast. They got millions of followers and those followers can be easily introduced to it.

Persson is a fish and a gaming exec for that regional casino group buying up old, crappy casinos and card rooms. I played in one of their rooms in 2021 and they were charging 5+3 rake in a 1/3 game.

Keating plays in those Bilzerian games and is decent just over aggressive in some spots possibly due to habit and probably some advertising to get in games/launch some sort of business.

Yes, mini boom rn due to vloggers and stream games. Go play 1/2 or 1/3 live and you’ll see. It’s funny to see these new fish make an awful river call, saying Neeme/Owen call this all day and I’m like sick cooler man.

Clip/file down the callus and wear a plastic glove with neosporin at night? That is what I did when I worked in manual labor.

I had a nasty groin and hamstring injury from a jiu Jitsu submission years ago. Voodoo bands coupled with daily kettlebell swings fixed it really fast.

Wow where has the time gone?

Haven’t logged in like 2-3 week bc of overtime work and my groin. I visited the doctor like 2-3 weeks ago for my groin. She said I might have sprained it and gave me a paper with some exercise pictures. Told me not to squat so I took like a 1-2 weeks off. During that time I got insane overtime at work.

Basically my groin is still clicking. It’s weird feeling. Every time it cracks, I feel relief. Then it feels stuck again and then it cracks again. It hasn’t healed at all. I said screw this and just started to lift again.

I lost lot of strength during those weeks off, it’s insane. Will log tomorrow bc I am very tired.

Good news is I am benching with very little pain in my shoulder. Today i pushed:

Just basically trying to get some movement going. Felt great but can still feel something in there. I think I’ll be ready to go within a month. So basically been out for 6 months which is crazy.

I also pick up a new hobby. Herbert will be next and I should have pulled the trigger on Allen bc every size is sold out. Still on my list: Hill, Jefferson, Adams, Rodgers. All of them sold out. Might have to wait until next season.

Grunch.

Too sick to post. I had body ache and fever and a stuffed nose. Took a test and no corona.

I can’t taste anything but it’s due to a stuffed nose. Haven’t lifted since last Friday. I lost 10lb or so not eating bc too busy at work. The sad part is I’m clocking out for lunch at work and still on the floor bc nothing ever gets done without me. Illegal, but what can I do.

Tomorrow I will have a go at the gym. It’s not as bad as it was when I was with loco 3 years ago. Not sure how I even manage to lift back then.

Need to sleep this off. Brb.

So still just messing around with training. Not 100% healed shoulder or groin but still able to lift.

My bench is a lot stronger than I thought after not benching for 6 months. My shoulder still have pain, but manageable.

Currently lifting 3x/week.

Still sick. This congestion won’t go away. Having cough medicine for the past week. Might need antibiotics but I don’t got time for doctor. Sucking it up and see how I feel tomorrow.

Wow so I had to open today and got like 3 hours of sleep and work 8 hours. Schedule is messed up bc I am working all over the place. AM/PM. Really messes up your sleeping pattern. Anyways still manage to run my bs routine and lift.

Girl felt sick at work so I sent her home. Was only me and this other slow girl. Told manager to shut off mobile order bc 90% of our orders are through the phone and there’s no way I’m getting sheit done with 2 workers lol.

Anyways my shoulder is still weird but when I start to bench the pain goes away. Only in the beginning feels pain.

Also I have been watch the pokers lately. Wtf is this nonsense folding full houses and quads???? Is this what the game has become? 10 years ago people would berate you for folding those, and now they applaud your soul read folds. Lol. Sheit is hilarious.

Currently stuck $1800 on a pair of shoes. I accidentally misclicked on my phone and purchased the shoes lol. No returns as they are the middle man. I can sell but return would be around $1400 or so selling @$1600. Might as well just hold for now.

Wish I filmed my 455x2 @9. That was like 2-3 months ago. Now my groin is messed up still. Sad what this year ha ls become but glad I’m benching something afain. I’m telling you not benching got me depressed or something. I still eat out, but I was eating out like breakfast, lunch and dinner during that time lol.

Not bad to end the week. Squat felt great, and at the end pushed military to see how shoulder feel. Got more pain when I bench than press. Barely any pain when I press. Maybe should go back to pressing for now.

Wow so today was off, but woke up at 10:30a and manager told me to come in for 2.5 hours for a meeting and some training. Slept like 10 hours and gym felt good, maybe need to rest better. Been sleeping 5-6 hours daily which is not enough for me.

Nah we need sleep. Those people who say “sleep is for people who are broke” are idiots and go on some motivational speech on how they too busy to sleep N1H- The Return(Minus Butthole Pleasures). I can avg like 8 hrs sleep, but I stay up too long looking at shoes and other nonsense. Can easily be changed with better behavior.

Nah should be @9 for first top set but still stinks at judging, so anything near @9 is fine for me. Also I would be more serious but I am still banged up so doing what I can for now and not trying to go Hail Mary and injure myself again.

Back off sets should be @9 also, but who cares lol. Too injured to care.

Groin still clicking lol. Still lifting lol.

Shoulder is better but still not confident. At least my bench felt good today. For bench, I go x2 @8-9. 1@8 is still difficult to judge for me.
