But after those disturbing gto comments, it's apparent he is a facking dinosaur.

It all starts and ends with GTO, especially against unknowns on bovada. Once you know it's a fish then you deviate appropriately. Against pros you must GTO, on Bovada you will never get a sample large enough to deviate appropriately vs pros. You can still make slight deviations but not much. When I played during lockdown the sizing was all facked up. But I played recently and it's much better. If someone is making it 5x+ out of the blinds vs an open steal, it's a gto bot or player. And these guys are doing the same thing in live games. You are a dinosaur if you can't pick this up asap. Even the 1/4 pot size bet on flop is popular live on dryish boards and same suit boards. These guys are all studied up. ABP's current game is 200nl Live, tops. Online he can't beat anything. Dinosaur alert.

Your current game is unstakeable. Maybe if you buy Acevedo's Modern poker theory for 30 bucks and get through the cash game part. After that you get through one of the courses in my Google drive. Then you get the bovada money.

Today felt v weak. Woke up with a sinus infection problem. Swollen throat and all, clogged nose. Took Covid test and came negative. But still manage to lift.

Did some bench and shoulder felt better. Still pain but not as bad. 95x10. Threw a plate on there and did 2 reps. Slight pain but not bad. Will wait it out. Physical therapy is a scam.

Out of money so can’t deposit. Friday I get paid. That’s rent money so I will have like $300 left over. Will deposit $600 or so because got $300 in cash in my room.

Now going for a jog. Easy 2 mi. Brb.

What recourse do you have? One of the guys I regularly play poker with that I have talked shop with a little does online arbitrage selling as a business (and seeing how bad he plays poker it must be doing well) and he says this kind of stuff is just a sunk cost and there is nothing to do but move on.

I have chat of him and I that I screenshotted. Also the package was delivered and signed. He legit stated his name and address after I told him to confirm it in the chat.

There’s no way they side with the buyer on this one.

Interview went well. 10 minutes and done. I lucked out. Other supervisors say some of them had 2 DMs interview them AT THE SAME TIME. Luckily I got another store manager to interview me. Easy. Pain free.

I wanted to my wear luxurious sneakers but my sister kept telling me it isn’t appropriate. Very minimal shoe. Clean. Sleek. Uh, we interviewing for a retail coffee shop. Not for telsa. She still living in 1990s I guess.

I’m still sick. I thought it was allergies but it’s a facking cold now. Soar throat and all. Nose so stuffed I can’t even taste my sardines right now. Got NyQuil at target just now. Still manage to lift bc I can. I was sick af when I first met Loco and still got in a lift with him. That was one of the most grueling gym sessions I have had. It was bench amrap 80%, DL AMRAP 80%, and paused squats. Would have rather died. Today was nothing like that so it was mandatory to go in.

Went to bench some 95lbs, but today my shoulder was hurting more. I don’t even think it’s my shoulder. It’s part of the collar bone I think. I can pin point where the pain is bc when I press on it, it hurts. Not sure if bone or ligament. It’s right where the joints meet. If it doesn’t heel by end of august I’m just going to do rue bs physical therapy. After that if it still hurts, it’s time for an mri. It might be a full year until I can bench again. Sickening.

So I didn’t lift on the 3rd bc I was too facking tired. I worked back to back 12 hour shifts. They put me in overtime this week. So I only lift 1x so far this week. My next session will be tomorrow.

I bought some chalk that is coming in tomorrow. I didn’t know which kind is good so I just bought the first thing I saw on google. Rogue chalk.

I am also still sick. My throat is fine now, but my nose still clogged and all kinds of boogers are coming out. I took a corona test. Came negative.

I got promotion and will train next week for my gig. I did some maths and it’s an extra $5-600 monthly if I keep working the hours given to me, like 38-40/week.

Still haven’t deposit on bovada. Might never will. Might just play live at the Rivers.

Also my shoulder pain has come back. Felt good yesterday so I benched a bit but I might have hurt it again. I am sure something is torn. My insurance resets on the 19th. I’m going to pick a better plan and do the pt. If that fails it’s mri time. The 10th will be 4 months of no upper body lifting. Small as hell. Coworker says she doesn’t notice a difference. I think she likes me.
