Weight this morning: 190.2; as is always the case, whenever I hit a milestone there's always a super nomzie attack that day. We had a bunch of people over and I grilled 10 chicken thighs, 5 sausages, and 4 thinnish porterhouses, and a chick brought over some of those big gourmet cupcake things so I had some of those. Only a 2500 calorie day, but I need to be in the 2000 and below range to maintain I've found.
I was feeling better as the normal workout time approached, so I manned up; I only slept about 3 hours last night because my back hurt so much, but we move on, as dat loco would say:

Press felt heavy-ish; I was trying to keep everything tight, and pretty much succeeded, but I didn't want to grind out a sixth rep and risk a spasm. Everything else felt pretty good, no real issues other than a little soreness back there; I'm going to hit the hamstrings and glutes with a rumble roller and lacrosse ball when I get home from work.
