Worked a shitload Thursday/Friday to complete a work project, so Friday ended up being completely off; planned to do a loading day Saturday, but got 25' in and didn't feel great, so I just called it unloading and postponed a day.

HR is obviously high, but I'm still drinking a ton of booze so I'm not that concerned about this indicating anything other than a lack of self control (not that that's not important). This was one of the first recent sessions where I actually felt good for the entire piece, and I could have gone longer, so I'll take it.
On the road for work through Tuesday, so I'll see what I can squeeze in.
