This was tough, though surely doing it inside a fairly warm and humid garage didn't help. I was given the option to add a seventh interval if I felt good, which I mostly did so I gave it a whirl. Kind of ate **** and slowed my cadence down a bit, which annoyingly enough meant I didn't negative split the whole way. HR data was off for the last few intervals because I was sweating so much it kept losing connection, but given what was reported, 185 MHR at some point seems pretty certain.
