While not calling it an InnerEV, I have stated that everyone has that same issue when weights get heavy. I disagree with the "only choice is to do more volume" thinking. People need to ignore their InnerEV, push through it's bitching that the weight is heavy, and do another rep. If it is an issue with form starting to break down, do more volume at the higher weight (add another 295 set in there instead of backing off). I have found that adding another set allows you to do more work at the higher weight, which helps train your body and mind to realize that you have more in the tank than you think.
Good job on the squats, now get to work evicting InnerEV from your mindset.
