Have some bench videos but my office wifi is messed up so I can't upload; lengthened the pause and worked on controlling the descent more, but I need to get slower at the bottom and stay tighter, although I improved as the set went on. Everything else was good/tough though. Didn't try for the 3rd at 230 even though there was an outside chance I would have gotten it. Eh.

Yup, slower towards the chest and tighter setup needed. Last two 215 sets were better, though.

Lol at this amount of time off; still jet lagged and almost fell asleep three times doing this, but it was nice to get some blood pumping. Just going to do some random jellydick stuff for a while, because realistically it's all I'm going to have time for given the travel I've got planned for the next three or four months.

I haven't weighed myself yet, but a combination of loco's and Aidan's guesses is probably the most accurate. 205 paused bench was embarrassingly difficult.

RJ, there are some noods from around December 2013 that are more or less what I look like now, if you need some more material.

Back at it after catching AIDS from the minis last week. Not sure where the weight is, but I'm +1 belt loop, which is not great. Back to it, although it's just going to be random old weak guy stuff, because why not.

Might be slightly high on the fat, but I estimated high on the oil that I actually consumed in my big batch of stir fry (~3 tbsp of peanut oil in four pounds of chicken and a roughly equal amount of peppers and onions).
