Pretty decent gains here; upped the drag factor a bit (~115) and tried to lengthen my stroke, and it ended up working out. The 3k was reasonably tough, but still managed to negative split for the last few legs (somewhat surprisingly).
Lower back is feeling better, but given I'm going on vacation in a week, I'm going to come back to kettlebells after that.
