405 looked a bit ugly, but I'm going to try to hammer 405 as my @8 overwarmup until the psychological bloom is off of the rose; form on essentially every other set was fine, and I'm getting better at setting my upper back. Bench felt strong; the 210 sets were significantly easier than the 205 sets 10 days ago, though it's likely the extra rest helped my elbows.
I switched tempo squat over to HBBS because I thought it would be easier on my elbows, plus as a way to help address how in my hips my LBBS has gotten now that I'm not gazing into my own eyes every rep. It's been well over 18 months since the last time I HBBS'd, and it definitely helped me stay a bit more upright, and I felt the movement more in my quads. I'm expecting to be sore tomorrow, but que sera.
Watched an
Athlean-X video about facepulls the other day that suggested I'm doing them incorrectly; I added some on to the end of this session and they felt different, and I think good (lighter weight, stricter form, more external rotation, etc). I'll probably just do them 4-6 times a week and see how it goes.
