Would be weird getting rustled by someone who lifts about the same or a bit less than me at like 50 lbs more imo.

Yeah I'm now at 1.3% BF. It's possible my lifts may have suffered a little, we'll see.

Vaya con dios, my frosty brother.

Weight this morning: 187.2. Charted out the day's calories, and without the woman nagging me to leave the house and do stuff, I'll be able to comfortably hit 1870 calories with ~220 g protein and ~50 g fat, including a glass of wine. This is going to be my first weekend in a while where I don't eat a crapload of food, so maybe I'll be down to 185 by the end of the month?

I'd say 185 is a slam dunk by the end of the month.

Then maintain for a bit followed by a slow bulk, right?

Not shy, I just know it's going to be relatively unimpressive. Still have too much lower ab cottage cheese, and maybe my LBM is closer to 160 than 165, but whatever, it's almost time to eat. I'll ramp up to full maintenance over 2-3 weeks and then shoot for a weekly ~1500 calorie surplus. We'll see how it goes.

1500 calorie surplus? As in 1500 over maintenance? Going to the loco bodybuilding diet I see.

He said 1500 per week

Oh. Well what kind of gainz will he see on a measly 200 surplus a day? 4500 is the magic number.

Fair warning, I might not to be able to hit that number exactly every day

Weight this morning: 188.8; typical weekend for me, ate a bit more than I do during the week and had a glass or two of wine, not too concerned. I did finish my final, so I've got a few weeks off from school, which is nice.

8/19
OHP 3x130, 3x140, 3x150
CGBP 8x165, 8x190, 6x215
DB Incline Flye 3x15x30
Cable Front Raise 2x10x12.5
Cable Lateral Raise 2x10x10
Chins 12, 10, 8
DB Row 2x10x75
Facepulls 3x12x42.5
Shrugs 2x12x90
1 Arm Pulldown, left only 3x12x42.5
EZ Curl 2x10, 8x65
DB Hammer 3x10x25

Pretty good workout today, was hoping to get 4 at 150, but given I only got 5 at 140 it seemed unlikely; probably should have done 147.5 but I forgot my fractional plates, so I just manned up. Good to have gotten 3, in any case; everything else was pretty solid and tight and all that. Looking forward to getting down below 187 by the end of the week.

Yeah but I'm done in two weeks probably; you'll get down to 175 or whatever it will be and still have 3x my squat numbers

Also forgot to post that my waist is at 32 inches now (as measure by a crappy tape measure, but still). New 36 inch pants confirmed loose.

i think my cut ends on Thanksgiving no matter what. I need a few winter months of subsisting mainly on stews, roasts, meatloaf, whole birds, etc. I need laser like focus to be lean enough by then. I'll prob be a bit too chub. Maybe extend until xmas.

Yeah I hear that; cutting in winter is hard.

I think you've got it in you though, 175 is very doable by Thanksgiving.

Weight this morning: 187.8; I've had a little bit of discomfort on the top of my left foot for the last two days now, no idea what it is, and I don't really care. I'll squat my jellydick weights tomorrow and see how it goes; I'm think about adding in some light good morning sets, since others have said they help with hamstring flexibility too, and that's an issue of mine.

Indeed.

Weight this morning: 188.2; not sure what that's all about, but no biggie.

More workout partner lols:

Him: So what are we doing today?
Me: Squats, RDLs, SGRP, etc . . .
Him: Didn't we just squat on Friday?
Me: Front squats . . .

Him (in the middle of squatting): What's after this?
Me: RDLs
Him: Oh, I don't like those, what's after that?
Me: SGRP.
Him: Let's move those before RDLs so I can do them.
Me: Whatever
Him (after 1 rep of SGRP): These hurt my elbow, I'm going upstairs.

8/21
Squats 5x185, 5x190, 5x200, 5x210
SGRP 3x8x195
RDLs 8x145, 8x175, 6x195
GMs 10x45, 10x75, 10x95
Hypers 3x15x+45
Pullups 6x+15, 6x+20, 6x+25
Hammer Machine Row 3x12x100
Widegrip Pulldown 2x15x80
Pallofs 3x12x35

Going to be doing planks at home in my nightly routine (only on workout days at first) as per DFII's suggestion. Good mornings felt good, concentrated on ass back and back tight, and my ROM is unsurprisingly lolworthy.

Going to Oceanaire tonight for the ridiculously named Devour Downtown (it's what they call Restaurant Week in the backwards hick town); menu looks pretty sweet though.

Ab wheel should arrive tomorrow, hopefully, so I'll add those in at night on Friday.
