1. I have never heard any advice like Cha's before. Could you post some videos of elite raw squatters that do this well, in your opinion.

2. LOL at being corrected about 180 vs 90 degrees and still not believing it.

Maybe got a little bent over out of the hole on the last few 225 reps; kind of wanted to get 11 or 12, but meh.

Machine Rear Fly: 4x12

Bourbon Trail was fun; six different distilleries, many libations were consumed. Got back this afternoon, so 183 as a walking around weight after a few days off wasn't too shabby.

Incline bench went well; might have had a third rep at 200, and could have maybe toughed out an eighth at 175. Added reps to flat bench, and extra reps/sets on db overhead. Good good.

I've driven through incidentally, but I've never done the tours. Do they just offer shelf stuff of each brand? Any single-barrel offerings, barrels they use for premium brands, or something like that?
