I wouldn't worry about that, exercise is way down on the list of concerns here, honestly.

Weekly weights:
December weeks not that accurate due to having a janky scale, but oh well.

MLYLT,

Perhaps this recipe might be more to your liking? My modifications: 1.5 lbs of cooked, drained turkey instead of 1 lb of uncooked ground beef, 1 tsp of olive oil used to sweat the onion and garlic after browning the turkey and cleaning the pan instead of 1 tbsp to brown the turkey, tripled the cumin and chili powder in the turkey mixture, 3 oz total of a shredded mexican cheese blend in lieu of the two different cheeses, and 6 tbsp sour cream instead of 8. I've made this one a few times before, and it's pretty tasty! I halve the peppers instead of making a whole pepper into a cup, and 8 half peppers yield 256 calories/half pepper with pretty decent macros!

Why are you torturing yourself like this?
01-21-2017 , 03:33 PM
I just wasn't hungry all day yesterday. I had to force myself to eat lunch. Its normal during period week.
01-21-2017 , 03:40 PM
How much is 0.6 servings of Dennys pancakes? 5 tbsp of syrup seems a lot!
01-21-2017 , 04:28 PM
You forced yourself to eat a Lance Captain Cracker Pack? Seems legit.
01-21-2017 , 07:10 PM
Even tho you say your chicken cacciatore tasted meh to you, it sure looked good. As others have suggested, lack of appropriate salt, pepper, seasoning was likely the problem.

M,

Over 50% of your total calories consumed yesterday came from:

Packaged crackers and cheese
Pancakes
Syrup

Yup.

The lack of actual effort to reach a goal makes me question if there's really a goal to begin with.

I busted code3 out of the tournament haha

My last hand:
I had $45k

Blinds 3k/1.5k

I had 10d10h under the gun, raise to 7k

2 callers

Flop: 4d 10c 5s

I bet 12k

One fold and the next guy shoves all in for roughly $40k

I call

Turn: Kc
River: 8s

He had 67

I busted in 20th

Anyway, I just took a quick nap and im going to play cash....I need some motivation to hit the casino gym

This log or a mirror should be your motivation to hit the gym.

Should have done it before poker.

If you can have a day like that without a binge day within the subsequent three days, I'll be impressed.

Shove pre

+1. And not because of results oriented stuff like "67 would have folded" but because it's going to be very awkward playing TT on most flops with your stack. You have 38k and there is almost 30k in the pot, depending on antes and which callers were blinds or not. T45 is easy flop to play. What about Q94 or A35?

M,

Here's something very easy I make often. It's a very big and filling plate of food with ~550 cals and 30g protein.

Sauté a chopped up tomato and half a sweet onion in about a tablespoon of olive oil. Toss in a chopped up sausage; I usually use chicken apple sausage. Add 2-3 cups of spinach. Season with salt and pepper and cook down. Melt a half tablespoon of butter and scramble in a couple eggs. I like to top with some sriracha. Optionally, mix in or top with 6-8 ounces of cheese and a few tablespoons of sour cream.

I will have to try that...yum!
Thanks!

MLYLT,

Not even bothering posting logs of bad days now? Not a good sign.

I wish you'd have proven me wrong. I understand you weren't that hungry that day because of your period, but surely you can see that your feelings of hunger or non-hunger aren't very trustworthy. Plan your meals and eat what you plan.

Were you very hungry in the days after the Denny's?
