I got 2 double cheeseburgers and threw away 2 of the buns.

Hallelujah, there is hope.

Most pumped I have felt all day. When you learn to eat fast food every day and still be lean there will be light. This decision seems small but when you apply it to everything it is the light. Lame carbs and nasty fats like mayo must be eliminated.

if she was in a women's league (ceteris paribus) she would have sat out and not gotten herself more hurt.

I wish there was video of her trying to hit foul balls. I guarantee everyone was wondering wtf she was doing and it would have been better just to say she was injured and sit out.

Nah, it just looked like I was trying to pull it to left field.

It's so much better this morning. I can walk with pain. I think I will be good in a couple of days.

did your teammates know you were trying to foul out?
06-22-2018 , 09:24 AM
It's like an NES baseball game where she positioned her batter all funky in the box.

Maybe...I told them there was no way in hell I could run the bases.

Why not just strike out? Seems technically easier.

Don’t be that guy in the audience that has to try to figure out every magic trick

Why wouldnt you just go to mcdonalds website and look up the nutrition without the buns? Their nutrition app is awesome and lets you customize everything. And since you might eat it a lot, seems like it would be good info for you to have. This took me like 45 seconds.

I've put entrys into spark people before. It's time consuming and when I look for it the next time I want to log, it doesn't show up.

I seriously cannot read MFP because of the layout. I've tried to use it a couple of times a.d it's just really frustrating.

MLY,

It's really too bad that your only two choices are an atrocious app with incorrect entries populated by literal morons and an app that isn't aesthetically pleasing or intuitive to use (for you). I guess the only solution is to keep logging in a way that is neither accurate nor precise, since that's been working out so well over the last 18 months.

Good thing you've got lots of free time now that you & Code are done, so you can easily afford to take a minute or two to create an accurate entry for the sake of your health.

And what the hell is your issue with MFP? I use it every day and it's as simple as can be.

Same, but to be fair, it has the same issue with random idiot-created entries as SparkPeople. I really want to bludgeon into a pulp the people that clog up the database with obviously idiotically wrong garbage.

Ung,

I think she's previously stated that it's hard to read on her four year old beater smartphone. Re: difficulty of use, I think it's pretty easy, but I do tend to import/enter most of my own recipes on the web interface as opposed to the phone, since I think it's easier and more intuitive there. They're pretty easy to find once they're entered, though, so I'm not sure what specifically her problem is there (other than laziness and a lack of curiosity/desire to learn something other than the way she's already decided is the best for her).

BA,

My experience is that it's relatively easy to filter out the dumb stuff on MFP, both with the green check marks and use of your own entries for more custom stuff (although it does help to actually retain caloric information and apply your own mental filter to things instead of just looking for the first spelling that's close and has the calorie amount you've already decided your food must be and using that one).

You can't read it because you are illiterate. That's also why your posts are a non-stop stream of errors.

Once you become literate, you should switch to MyFitnessPal and use it on a computer if you don't like the phone interface.

Sure, agree, though I have seen plenty of incorrect/conflicting green check marks. Making your own entries does help, and using some common sense and nutritional understanding does go a long way.

It also just puts me on megatilt when there is an entry that I know is the right calories but has an idiotic spelling, so I can either re-create an entry when the numbers are already right or have something like "sandwhich" in my log.
