MLYLT,

Where the food logs at? Also, how was your weekend?
10-31-2016 , 08:41 AM
The weekend was good. Thanks for asking. I got to spend a lot of time just completely alone; its been so long since I've had time to myself, it was wonderful. I picked up a few books, and I'm looking forward to having time to myself to just be alone and read.
My sister and mom decided to come stay the night with a couple of my nephew's last night, so the peacefulness ended. My sister and I also went to see the Madea movie for her birthday; it was terrible.
Calorie wise was okay I guess; haven't logged yet, but I'll be doing that this morning.
I've been tracking my weight every single day to see if there was a pattern and to see water fluctuations. It looks sorta like a sin/cos wave. I'll dip down and my weight will increase for two days and then dip again.....looks almost just like my mood swings lol

Sun log:

Not such a good day I stopped for gas and there was a pizza hut inside the station, then my sister wanted to go have dinner for her bday.

I like how you make it seems the pizza hut and the birthday are somehow connected. You need to plan ahead for birthdays and stuff, it's okay to have a nice dinner once in a while but you can easily allot 1k calories for something at night and eat light before. Good job nonetheless.
10-31-2016 , 12:15 PM
They have reduced cal/carb options at chilis and mcdonalds. And the pizza hut was in a gas station that probably had better options. It's like you look at any departure from script as tying your hands and pulling you inexorably toward your next calorie disaster.

That said, 2200, if accurate, isn't that bad for a mcdonalds pizza hut chilis trifecta, so well done on that.

I go with some kind of beef jerky or protein bar if I have to eat in the gas station. Not such a bad day though if you aren't severely underestimating chili's. I'm surprised a personal pan filled you up. I put away a full medium pizza from Dominos Friday night and didn't feel that stuffed.

I regretted getting it as soon as I took the first bite. I only ate about 3/4 of it. I'm usually full off of two slices of pizza.

Dinner could have easily stayed under 650cals.
The steak plus some broccoli or green beans would have been plenty satiating.
Could have even added some shrimp and been under 900 or so.

27,

Crushing it, sick month.

MLYLT doing well overall but you're not gonna win months eating Pizza Hut and chocolate lava cakes. Need more WILLPOWER next month.

I know. I really really want to be in the low 230s by the end of December. The last time I was in the 230s was in 2013. I'm about to grind out these last two months of the year and hit my goal of 75lbs lost this year.
No more fast food!

M,

Awesome progress.

I'm trying to get back to a weight I haven't been since early 2014; let's do it!

Here's my weight graph from Jan 2014 to present:

Two months of focus to make it happen!

A lot of fluctuations and upward trend in that graph.
Good luck bringing it down, I hope you make your goal weight!

He didn't tell you the scale. Low is 180, high is 185.

Did,

Lol, not bad. It's actually 170 early 2014, 180 at high point. 2015/2016 range is 175-180. Currently at 175 and aiming for 170 by end of year.
10-31-2016 , 10:58 PM
El D,

Welcome to the party. Currently 165 shooting for 159 by year end. Also, just ate a whole pizza.

LOL @175 needing to be 170. Go sleep, take a dump, sip coffee, take another dump. BOOM 170 achieved. :P
11-01-2016 , 06:22 AM
It's not #firstworldproblems he's like me and morbidly obese at 165.

The trick is for the pizza to start tasting gross and greasy after two slices.
