What an abomination.
You are trying to lose weight, right?

MLYLT,

Ok.

She's gotta find a middle ground. Find foods she likes that she can stick to.

Stop with the all or nothing.

Just LOL.

MLYLT, do you even believe it yourself when you say no more fast food?

MLY buy some porridge. Eat a big bowl for breakfast with banana slices for sweetness (no sugar), better yet blueberries, strawberries, raspberries or blackberries. It will cost a lot less than the crap you're eating, takes less than 5 minutes to make, and gives you slow release carbs for less than 350 calories (fewer with berries) when made with semi-skimmed milk.

Pro Tip - don't put cheese on it.

I've got some instant oatmeal at my desk at work; it's just a matter of eating it instead of stopping. I just don't like sweet things in the morning, so much so that I've never really even drank my coffee sweet.
I picked up some eggs, tomatoes, and spinach to make omlets.

Omelettes are good, no adding cheese though! Fry in the minimum amount of butter you can get away with.

If you don't like it sweet you can always salt your porridge like a true Scot.

I put cream cheese in my omlets!

Gross....The texture of eggs and cream cheese eeew

Is porridge good with cheese?
I've never tried it with salt or cheese; I always get the brown sugar instant packs.

So I've been in sort of a depressed state and I haven't had my daughter this week so I've been coming home and going straight to bed for three hours and then laying on the couch.
I've got to get to the gym tomorrow, but I can't pull myself out of feeling depressed.
02-08-2017 , 01:25 AM
M,

Just pretend that the fate of your future and daughter's future depends on you getting your **** together.

Literally the next day: McDonald's for breakfast

You're hopeless.

I stayed under calories, and prepped my lunches for the week. I now have things to cook for breakfast. It's been a rough week mentally and it's taking all of my effort to do anything at all.

Do not eat porridge with cheese.

Don't put sugar on it either. Fruit for sweetness, salt if you're chanelling your inner claymore wielding, kilt wearing drunkard.

Not sweet, super-healthy breakfast. Additional benefit: you can try something, you probably never ate before: buckwheat.

You can very easy substitute dry mushrooms with normal and experiment with veg you put on top. However..... You have to cook, to get there.
