good looking day there

Thurs log:
Dinner is kinda an estimate; I had spaghetti at my sister's.

MLYLT,

Where the food logs at?
10-25-2016 , 05:53 PM
Fri-Mon were 3,000cal+ days and I'm embarrassed to post the logs. I ate fast-food 6 times during those days.
The past few days have not been good mentally either.
Kinda back on track today, and hoping tmrw gets better.

GL MLYLT. I always enjoy reading your posts in OOT.

Did you at least log them for yourself? And there's no reason to be embarrassed as you just told us you blew out the days.

I imagine fried scallops in this instance is not deep fried scallops, but scallops cooked in oil. I'd be more concerned with how she logged the pieces rather than the weight (unless it was the specific brand she bought). Meat/fish is the one thing that absolutely needs to be weighed.

MLYLT,

Looking forward to seeing the logs! I had 1050 calories of ice cream AND 1400 calories of alcohol on Saturday! Then a big ass hangover meal from Burger King (1630) on Sunday. Still averaging 1720 calories over the last week. You can do it, just get back on the horse. Keep posting here and keep posting food logs.

Haven't said that, she don't need whey. 100g protein from food is fine. I think she should get 150g from food, stuff her real good so she don't eat French fries.
ok in that case anything with calories indeed increases satiety. carry on.

Tues log:

Despite being way over Cal's for the past few days, I still lost weight from Fri to this morning.

TEF of fat is close to zero. TEF of protein is 25-30%. Hope that helps bro.

When was the last code day? Did interactions with him cause some of the binge?

As a former fatty, I agree that planned logs are a good idea.
10-26-2016 , 04:18 PM
I feel for you, MLYLT. One of these days I will log 1800 calories in a day.

One of these days. Probably on a day that I don't drink a bottle of wine.

Did you put jelly on a cheese sausage biscuit?

Are you suggesting there's something wrong with that?
10-27-2016 , 01:18 AM
No.

I would think it's abnormal but people can have quirks with their food, I do.
10-27-2016 , 01:38 AM
900 cal for breakfast is really making it hard on you. I bet you were very hungry that day.

It would probably be a lot easier to stay under calories if you had your heaviest meal later in the day.

Renton, although I think you're correct for the preponderance of the population it seems to work for her.

Wed log:
10-27-2016 , 01:07 PM
I was able to get to the doctor, and he said that he almost didn't recognize me because I had lost weight! That made me feel really good; the people around me really don't notice much of a difference.

Today's planned log:

I just need to stick to the dinner plan.
I'm starving right now and still have 4hrs till I can eat
10-27-2016 , 02:47 PM
I got back from a work trip and these were some of the things that pushed me passed 3k Cal's

Pumpkin Spice cupcake from this really cute little shop

Bacon cheeseburger+blue cheese+avocado+truffle mayo+ 24oz smoked patties.

Smoked French fries.....the best fries I have had in my life!

The place I went was super obnoxiously hipster, but the food was good.

They served water like this:

Why are you even looking at pictures of food? Drink one or two big glasses of water and keep yourself busy until it's dinner time.

What's special about the water carafe thing?
10-27-2016 , 02:54 PM
The water thing seemed so hipster and ridiculous to me. Just bring a glass of water.
