I wouldn't give up quite so much on lifting. Especially if you have an injury or are injury prone, making sure you have balanced strength (ex: most people are weaker in posterior chain and back) is key. From a lot of your lifting logs/vids, it looks like you have been pushing weight at the expense of form. If you have shoulder issues, your bench form is quite subpar (elbows flared, bar high on chest, narrow grip, poor leg drive), which can exacerbate pain. I would suggest dropping weights drastically and just heading in to practice form and concentrate on getting spot-on form as a goal rather than heavy PRs like you have been.

It takes a long time to groove that muscle memory, and even longer to change previous bad form. I wouldn't say put lifting as your primary form of exercise for weight loss, but do pay regular attention to it and get form practice in over time. It will do you no good to "rest" from lifting to try to heal an injury, then jump back in later only to use the same incorrect form and make things painful again.

Eventually as light/medium weights become more ingrained and any pain isn't triggered, focusing on lower/heavier reps can be more of a focus. This doesn't mean you won't get stronger, though. It is a long and steady road to gaining strength (and retaining and/or gaining muscle mass). By acknowledging that you have a long road to lifting heavy weights safely, you can still progress at lower/medium weights - just do not make weight progression be a goal each training session, and aim for something that you can definitely keep good form on.

Nice Doing this on all lifts, and posting frequent form check vids, can help ensure you will improve with any imbalances you may have and prevent worsening of pain.

Being active is great, just make sure (for weight loss), you don't rely on this too much for cal burn. Just think of activity as an "extra" above your intake goal. Rely more on your general activity level over time for TDEE calculation rather than trying to make daily (or even weekly) changes. You still have enough fat mass that you don't need to worry that too low cals with additional activity outside your norm might mess up lbm loss or metabolism.

I went grocery shopping last night and I have planned out meals for the week.

Breakfast:Eggs, protein shakes, oatmeal, fruit

Lunch: microwave low calorie meals

Dinner: chicken stuffed with crawfish, turkey meat loaf+stuffed bell peppers,
Beef burger, and some other trips of beef.

I'm going to get back to taking my vitamins and keeping track of water. For the past week I have only had coffee, tea, and sodas.

Awful lot of blackout on that spreadsheet, M, and I noticed you posted the actual food for the 1300 day but not the 2600 day. You know as well as I do that a huge part of these threads is accountability. Give full information, ban trolls, accept constructive feedback, even that which you don't like.
