Grizy, aiott,

She did perfect form squats last week
02-28-2018 , 03:57 AM
Right. Which makes it all the more obvious she needs to put some weight away.

Just try to remember squats are a leg exercise, not a break your back and neck exercise
02-28-2018 , 11:36 AM
Those squats last night I felt in my mid back and stomach. I had the bar too low and bent over too far.

M,
do you know how to stretch your hip flexors? You may want to do a kneeling hip flexor stretch if you feel tight in the area of your upper, inner thighs. here is a video on how to do it

M,

As far as I can tell from the video, your bar position actually looks near perfect (for a low bar squat). The problems are with everything else.

Please read the Starting Strength book, or at least watch some youtubes. Drop down in weight, attain good form.

Try not to feel self-conscious in they gym, everyone in there isn't happy with something or other and is trying to improve themselves.

Thanks guys.

My stomach has really been bothering me since it got soft. Now I can push through the fat and feel muscle where as before it was just round and hard. I'm thinking of having a tummy tuck and then skin removal surgery after I lose 50 more lbs. Not sure if you can have two surgeries on your stomach and cut in the same place.

Was this an anonymous survey?

You should try looking good at 200 first and then see what you can do.

So I should be at 197 now and I weighed in today where I was mid November.

Exercise is the black. I dropped off mid November. Time to get going again. It's not freezing or burning hot outside and I should be able to walk during lunch the days I don't go to the gym.
I also want to start the 100 air squats a day challenge tomorrow.

Not much change in calories, just a big difference in exercise.

it's all based on habits. when you're dialed in the charts become superfluous.

February results(lack thereof) and previous 6 months.

Yes! Habits! I have been working on small daily routines and habits hoping to build on each one.

Look at my daily calories, all over the dang place. February was the absolute worst month as far as consistency. I also had two really bad downswings this month.

I am just in shock right now.
A few months ago I had asked a guy at work to hang out. I asked a couple of times and he rejected me and I felt really down about it at the time. He is a weird guy and probably thought I would try to rape him or something, but I still felt bad about myself and took it as if there was something wrong with me.

Well, I just got off of a 45min phone call with him. Called to talk about something at work and we ended up talking about religion, addictions, philosophy, books, and happiness. He struggles with the same happiness issues I do and never feeling satisfied. We talked about the baseline happiness, similar convo I had with my boyfriend. Like how do you move your baseline to just be content and happy with whoever you are or whatever situation you are in? It seems so easy for my boyfriend, he's just there and has never struggled to get to a point of just being happy, he just is and nothing bothers him. I want to get to the point where I'm just happy with whatever is around me and with myself and just let good things add to that and not let negative things affect my baseline. But how?

Anyway, at the end of the phone call he said, "I'll talk to you MLY, but I won't hang out because I don't like doing that or going anywhere."

Uggh....I'm so much better at articulating my thoughts verbally and in conversation than writing. I never feel like what I write encompasses everything I'm thinking.

Dropping the boyfriend bomb a lot recently

Try meditation

Eeh, he ask me to use bf instead of his user name (*stick shoulder shrug guy)
03-01-2018 , 11:18 PM
Any good meditation instructions or should I just browse YouTube?

From behind- I had just did a set of 10 and the guy didn't press record lol, so my butt was burning on the last few reps.

3/1 workout:

Squats:
Bodyweight x 40
4x10x95

Bench:
1x10x65
1x10x95
1x8x95
1x1x120
2x5x115
1x4x115

OHP:
1x10x45
1x5x65

My underarms are so sore today so I didn't continue with OHP, and I lost gains on bench

Have you read SS yet? Squats are pretty bad and a lot of reps are very high.
