On Friday she told me I should start going to workout during lunch so I don't have to leave right at 4:30 to make it to the gym.....this is after I worked late and/or picked up my daughter and brought her to my work so I could work even later for the past two weeks. I already go in between 7:15-7:30 in the mornings. She wanting me to either give up my lunches or stay later everyday....the **** doesn't make sense. She nor my partner ever work late and they both come in at 8:00 or later.
And, this past week boss^2 had copied me on a chain of emails asking me for some info where my boss was writing an article for something. I read through the email chain and the article was about a project I have been working on(that my boss was no part of). His last email said to her, "Great, you'll be able to show the world what you did."
I replied only to her:
"What! I've been working on this for months. What is this? Why am I not involved? Why am I just finding out about this?"
She calls me (with an attitude) and just says, "You'll write the article then." I told her I didn't care about writing an article, but I would at least like some input since I did everything. She responded (with attitude),
" You write it, then you can't put whatever you want in it" She responded to the emails that I would be writing the article for her. Boss^2 responds that it's due on Monday.
It is always something with her. Like wtf? It's like she feels like she is entitled to take credit for my work because she is my boss. And all this **** about my schedule. Seriously, what is going on?
I'm just catching up on this thread. Haven't gotten any further yet but she cannot tell you what to do during your lunch. That is illegal.
As for the article, she's busting your balls because she thinks you cannot write. I hope you wrote it and got someone (like me!) to edit it for you for spelling/grammar. I'm always available should the need arise again.
