Am I still too big for leggings?
The shirt is too big, but I think it's supposed to be with leggings.

Mik,

Many places they'll take the x-ray and send it to the doctor (so it'll take some time before you get a diagnosis) rather than show/give it to you.

But this is in a first-world country, don't know wtf they do in Upper Northeast Latvia or wherever the **** turnip farming wasteland you live in.

Both times I had an MRI they were sent home with me and I had to take the physical images to the doctor. X-rays they gave me on a USB at least. They did take a look to confirm no break but still had me go to my GP to do a more in depth reading.

In this case, it doesn't sound like she was "sent home with her films". It looks like she went out of her way to take photos of the images. If she is going to do that and it is going to cause her anxiety when she looks at them at home, that's on her.

If you are talking about your left boob (right side of image), the radiotranslucent (dark) area is gas in your stomach. Tumors are usually denser areas of tissue which would be whiter (more radiopaque) If you look close, you see that the dark area is not localized to your left boob, but your boob is just overlapping your chest/upper abdomen and the dark area continues down to the area your boob is not in.

The lateral x-ray, IMO, is underexposed so artifacts (non-biologically significant parts of the image) like the "horn" can be more obvious. What were you wearing when they took that, and how were your arms positioned? It is easier to end up with inadvertent underexposure with obese patients, the tech may not have put the settings in correctly, I am surprised they didn't retake that one.

This weekend has been a disaster food wise. I should have went grocery shopping on Friday and didn't till this morning.

I'm ready to go for the next two weeks. I'm loaded up on fish, veggies, and fruits.
Got some chicken legs on clearance and I'm cooking them on the grill today.

This whole last week has been an emotional rollercoaster. I think it's just PMs. I was so hungry and had no impulse control this weekend.

Gingersnap,

Thanks for the review. I was referring to the side view, and I realize now that that's my heart and the black spot is probably an artery.

Good Lord @ buying chicken on clearance. How many times do you think they were repackaged and redated another couple of days before they put them on clearance?

Spoiler:
INB4 thremp has a meltdown about chicken

Good lord @ fruitarian worrying about meat other people eat.

lol,

That is shocking. I thought you'd be all in for the increased bio availability of denatured proteins, high meat, etc etc. I mean, that post contained about as much evidence based views as I expected, but totally the other viewpoint from what I thought!

What kind of third-world stores do you shop at?

Maybe just think of it as pre-freegan?

Almost certainly zero times.

Vegan is close enough (if you need a label for my diet when attempting to disparage it). As to her welfare, I'm a philanthropist.

U wot? I shop at a specialty grocer, but if I saw an item of food with "clearance" marked on its price tag, that means, to me, "move on to the next item."

It's not terrible to eat rotten meat on occasion. Strengthens gut Flora.

We hate to break it to you, but expiration dates really don’t mean much. Sure, Cheez-Its will go stale and milk will go bad a certain number of weeks after packaging, but supermarket meat departments, where they do their own labeling, are generally left up to their own devices (30 states don’t regulate date labeling at all). This means that if an item is set to expire and it still looks okay, supermarkets are allowed to put a new label on, pushing the expiration date back by days or even more than a week. We suggest checking to see when the food first hit the shelf, if possible, or buying meat from a trusted butcher.

The grocery clearance shelf and freezer sections are my favorite! I get really excited to find a good deal. I got a 36 pack of mini cupcakes for a $2 because the icing was a little smeared....I'm gonna give them out to the trick or treaters; kids do not care about that.

I also got some discounted jams a few weeks ago.

Almost every single pose works your core, I had no idea! It also felt so so good to stretch!

We learned some basics, then tried the camel pose mentioned in Josie's log and a couple more.

That's great but there's nothing worse than taking a yoga class with a first-timer little kid because they can just immediately do everything! I guess if she's yours it's probably less infuriating.
