Friday's protein is lol. Don't post that day, I may have a stroke. It was probably 90% junk, when the goal should be the exact opposite.

It was actually a really healthy day with oatmeal/cream of wheat/healthy choice meal....
I had 1155cals at Red Lobster eating shrimp and a Cesar Salad

friday says 2468 cals 43g protein. For americans who hate veggies, that almost always is a dumpster grease fire day. But maybe you just logged it weird. shrimp is obviously high protein.

I'm stupid and was thinking the logs were Fri Sat Sun. Even though it IS Sun. #NoExcuse

Sun 9/24 log:
I had Cicis Pizza for dinner, and I think it's over estimated. I hardly eat any of the pizza dough and just eat the toppings off.

The shrimp selections I chose were so off on calories and macros.....they didn't even have protein. I corrected it, thanks!

I thought I would get a couple of pieces and a drink for 3 bucks. Its also a half mile from the apartment, so a good distance to walk for dinner with my daughter.

It's probably been awhile since it was 2.99, right?

563*4 + 88*9 + 111*4 = 3488, not 2250. What's the point of even counting if your precision is +/- over a thousand calories?

There was some sort of glitch in the app. I looked at the individual carbs for each entry and they added up to 264. I deleted one thing and added it back, it then added up correctly.

There are no problems with her accuracy logging. Have you not seen her records?

With the demise of partygirlUK, the last Fattie standing is officially MLYLT. She still putting up the good fight. Honestly would anybody have bet on her, besides probably me? Crickets. Good work MLYLT!!! Just keep fighting, slow is fine. Let's see 200 at the end of this year.

Here they are with their weaknesses/downfalls

YTF - Died and buried at the gas station. Loved muffins, cookies, and donuts. What finally did him in? After losing 198 pounds decided to have the mother of all cheat days. A close to 10000 cal beast of a day, he never recovered.

Teethwash - nice kid but he posted several times that he was stuffed on 1200-1400 calorie days. I am sorry people but you don't get to 350 being stuffed on 1200 calorie days. I probably been on 1200 calorie days about .1% of my life, I am facking starving!!!

Wildebeest - Same tendency as teethwash, said he was stuffed on 1600 calories. Ate chicken masala everyday and paprika bread. Ultimately his death was due to lack of exercise. Refused to exercise, said it was all about that calories.

PartygirlUK - egomaniac know it all who turned a big page when he added plenty of exercise and was literally last man standing. At the end of the day, didn't really care about health. Wanted to look good for weddings, same as wildebeest. Probably drowning in a mountain of crisps as I write this.

I've actually been calculating my expected weight loss from my daily calorie logs and walking and it's been really accurate. I'm using 1mile=110cals burned and a bmr of 2140.

This is last week's progress, and a graph of my calculated vs actual weight for the month.

Last week was really good! I finally averaged 3+miles walking/day and my avg calories were 1610!

You are on fire!!!

The haters don't like it, they enjoy misery and failure, that's why it's quiet around here.

I'm a big believer in the long term WIM/persistence of MLYLT. Even though people think she has some bad habits, and she makes mistakes (note I'm not judging or one to judge), she's consistently trying to reduce calories consumed most of the time.

I'm hoping UK gets in great shape and beats the professor in tennis! Epic victory in the making. Faith not as strong there though but its still there.

MLYLT nice recent weight loss! Solid work, and paying off! Actually an incredible week. really.

loco,

ytf actually lost 199.6 pounds.

lol at putting Dean in with those other guys. wtf? He's lost like ~15 lbs in total or something? 0 in the last 18 months?

I'm still at ~206 down from 330 when I started my successful thread.

Sadly JP OSU(old school 2+2er who lost ~200 6-7 years ago) got fat again

Wow! Good job bobbo! How long has it been since you've lost the weight, how long did it take you, do you have saggy skin, have you had any skin/cosmetic surgeries, what did you eat and change lifestyle wise?
