A small fraction of a percent of the entire population are 9s and 10s, and they are concentrated to certain areas. You have to consider how you will be precieved in your area.

I take your point even if I find the post odd. What Diablo said is true, that as long as you can attract a non-negligible number of men, the ones who find you least attractive are not that meaningful when the primary concern is dating/sex/relationships. Obviously you're never going to be reasonably selecting from 100% of the straight male population.

Well, it depends on if the scale is logarithmic or just based on percentile. If being an 8 means you're more attractive than 80% of adult females in Walmart, then yeah I'd say that's a pretty easy standard to pass. I mean you're probably in the bottom third of female weight, at least in the Walmarts that I remember going to.

Maybe she's including all the men and assuming most people are heterosexual?

You just can't recall because I don't lose that often. I had two losing weekends in August, and one back around spring break time.

I guess I play a lot of tournaments that I don't talk about losing, but probably no more than 2 a month. Chopped 2 out of 14 tornaments this year. Each between $175-$400 buy ins.
