Loco is right as usual. Lol granola bars. Quest bars are fine, but a food addicted fatty can easily house five in a row. I should know

She should stock up on canned tuna

Qualify being "hard" on someone though. I'd argue some of the responses to MLYLT miss compassion and understanding of her mental illness. You can be clear and honest and hold someone accountable, and ask them to hold themselves accountable, without being an *******.

This has been mentioned several times already but I guess she keeps missing those posts.

Okay, I'm at the gym now. I'm going to get out of my car and go in today.

Quit telling us what you're "going to" do.
Just go do it.

Good job. Don't forget eggs on your way home.

It's not as good as eggs, but this is a game changer. MLYLT, you can go to McDonald's pretty much whenever you want now. Just make sure you get the yogurt parfait and nothing else.

I forgot about that, they sell cuties too.

Better than a Jimmy Dean's breakfast sandwich on steroids

So I made it to the grocery store and stocked up. As an extra bonus one of my sister's was in my town and there, so I brought home a couple of my nephews. They asked if they could mow the lawn for some spending cash, so I may or may not have them doing my dishes right now for $5.

I was always under the impression that eggs have a lot of cholesterol and thus eating 3-4 every morning wasn't a good idea.
04-25-2017 , 07:58 PM
Cholesterol issues are largely genetic.

Eating cholesterol is generally very good for your cholesterol levels. Dietary fat is very underrated.

So one of those Egg Council creeps got to you too, huh?
04-25-2017 , 08:08 PM
M,

You have multiple sisters.

Your sister's kids are doing the dishes.

I need to stop opening this thread. Every time I do I immediately want a Kickat bar. And I don't even particularly like Kickats.
04-25-2017 , 10:58 PM
So I got three things done today.
Gym
Grocery shopping
Laundry

Let's see what I can do tomorrow.

Congrats on the 100% standard day!

Great comment, especially when it's directed at someone who is depressed. You sure know how life works!
