Ok so you have a few tacos at jitb for first dinner. Then you go to chilis for second dinner and get a low cal meal and a margarita, ok. But also a quarter i serving of chicken and waffles. Was that your daughter's leftovers or something?

Is the gym closed all month? I saw some walking last week I think but nothing else.
Maybe some wild sex with code?

Did you get a babysitter to go out and gorge yourself?

This. I mean working out is great to get distracted from all this code trouble.

They have a new chicken and waffles meal and also serve a smaller portion as an apatiser.
04-21-2017 , 05:34 PM
M,

So that log entry was for an order of the chicken and waffles apatiser?
04-21-2017 , 05:37 PM
Yes
04-21-2017 , 05:38 PM
Chilis website says that app has 980 calories. 280 logged???

It's **** like this and not logging stuff like the tub of ice cream you ate that lead to you losing less weight than you think you should.

Because that's what you've been posting about for the past couple of days re: how this relationship has been. It's hard to reconcile all that posting with you now saying the relationship was doing great.
"great" = not being completely abandoned

She ate a quarter of the chicken and waffles. Is that not close to 280? I don't get it.

MLYLT, you asked for doable goals. Starting Monday (or even tomorrow if you want), go one full week of having 2 or 3 eggs and nothing else for breakfast. It will save you time, it will save you money, and it will prove to you that you're capable of sticking to a plan. You also will notice that you're not hungry until lunchtime and you'll be eating something healthy to start your day.

This is a super-attainable and worthwhile goal.

Since we are doing a full inspection, does anybody know where the kit kat bar is logged?
04-21-2017 , 06:15 PM
I am heading to the gym now with the kit kat bar theme song in my head. And the other day I bought ice cream because of this thread.

I strongly suspect she ate the appetizer and then "guesstimates" that an appetizer is 1/4 of a random IHOP entree.

And on the 2-3 days you don't do this, have only one McD's Sausage biscuit or whatever instead of two.

I worked out a couple of times last week and ran on Friday.
I went and sat in the gym parking lot twice this week and didn't go in.

This was me last night. Blue Bunny pistachio and almond. It was fantastic. I don't ever buy ice cream.

That's what I assumed as well. If she actually ordered and only ate a quarter of the apitisor then the log would be about right.

i hoop/lift several nights a week. but i also eat a lot of delicious food and drink copious amounts of bourbon. thank god i have absolutely no cravings for sweets whatsoever. if i had to have sugar i'd be ****ed.

Is there any physical activity you really enjoy?

Riding a bike? Hiking? Row machine at home while watching a movie/tv? Heavy bag? Putting on music and just dancing like you're in the club? Anything to get your heart rate going.

Something that you would do besides just working towards your goal? It's too bad you can't play softball the same way basketball is the universal sport that you can jump in on and find a game anywhere.

You gotta find something you like to do. Same with food, design a diet around foods you really like. Forcing yourself to follow through is about WIM and developing habits, but you can make it as easy on yourself as you allow it.

Go back to red peppers, feta, and olives with a bit of balsamic dressing.

That takes 2 minutes to put together and you know it tasted good and you felt good about it afterwards. No need for self sabotage, the right path is the best path in all ways. You would be implementing healthy habits in your daughter and will preempt any weight issues she might have otherwise.

You just gotta put one foot in front of the other until the days pile up.

MLYLT loved volleyball at one point in her life. Practicing bumps in the backyard would be a no bull**** approach.
