I'm feeling really depressed lately and can't find to energy to want to exercise. My relationship of almost 3 yrs is ending; I'm completely heart broken. I'm supposed to be moving out this weekend, but I want to wait till I know about the latest job I'm interviewing for. I'm moving 3hrs from Dallas and all the jobs I've applied for are in Dallas. My daughter starts school in 3 weeks and I don't know where we will be living/where I'll be working. I've asked my ex bf if he would just want to extend the lease on our current place so that I can put my daughter in school and move when I find a job and he won't do it;he wants me gone now. I'm feeling overwhelmed and just want to lay in bed all day and night. I have no motivation to do anything right now, nothing seems enjoyable.

if you need it give yourself the day to do nothing. then one foot in front of the other and repeat. keep your head up youre doing a great job.

56 days in; I'm averaging 0.23lbs lost per day/ 1.61lbs per week.

At this rate I'm on track to be 238lbs by the end of the year.

I think once I loose a few more lbs my energy levels will be up for more exercise, and I can loose faster.

Congrats on the weight loss! That's a very solid amount, and slow and steady is definitely the route to long-term success.

And fwiw, I think things like the lose/loose mistake may be more detrimental to your career than you believe.
