Those cheese slices are what I really want pictures of, rather than bananas. I don't get how you walk around with single slice servings of three different cheeses. Or do you just keep all three cheeses in your house at all times?
04-22-2018 , 12:04 AM
I have about 8 different cheeses in the fridge right now lol
04-22-2018 , 12:55 AM
MLYLT,

Are you actually trying to lose weight?
04-22-2018 , 07:54 AM
She hankers for a hunka
a slab, a slice a chunka
She hankers for a hunk of cheese

MLYLT,

Seriously, please take a picture of these eight cheeses you're keeping while trying to lose weight. I'm morbidly curious.

I've got to make some new goals.

I want to be 185lbs by the end of August.
That will be 30lbs loss in 4months/18weeks.
7.5lbs/month
1.67lbs/week

My current TDEE is 2073 and my average walking/day over the last few months is 2.2miles/day

My daily calorie intake would have to be 1238 or I could walk+exercise a lot more.

I want to work really hard and get these pounds off, then go back to the steady pace and lose the next 35lbs over the next year and be 150lbs in 2019.
And I want to be a multi-millionaire by tomorrow. Both things are equally likely.

Why do you insist on setting goals that are impossible for you to achieve instead of setting reasonable goals?

The same reason she says she's going to do things then doesn't follow through. Makes a plan, dopamine, heads to chili's. Rinse, repeat.

Counting your regular walking around as "exercise" is fat person mentality as well. No reason to do this at all.

MLY,

Out of curiosity, what odds would you give to:

1) Hitting the first part of your own goal.
2) Beating DI on a weightloss bet.
3) Beating me on the GRE.

No socks = automatic DQ
04-22-2018 , 12:54 PM
I dropped 2lbs from yesterday's weight:

240.4

I didn't flip it because it then looks like I have the feet of a hobbit.

Two automatic DQs, no contest. Thanks for playing.

Also it seems to me MLYLT is drawing super duper dead against a 240 lbs male, but if it gives her the motivation she's hoping it will, I suppose that's all that matters.

Dodger,

Eeeh....and I was thinking my feet looked swollen, those are some jank Hobbit feet
04-22-2018 , 01:16 PM
Both of your feet have extra chromosomes.

I love Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds!
04-22-2018 , 11:14 PM
I know! It's so good!

This is what I made for my breakfast so I won't stop for donuts.
04-22-2018 , 11:16 PM
How is that monstrosity of yak going to encourage you to skip the donut shop?
04-22-2018 , 11:18 PM
Good job on the cals/logging.
