Food not so good, but I kept the calories low. Weighed in and 215.6 this morning and started the month at 215.2

You got 11 days. 2.5 pounds no problem. Then in March, just over that hill that takes us to the next milestone, I can almost see 199. Gonna be sweet.

I want to be less than 200 so bad. I was just looking at swim suits today.....aaah. I want to buy and wear a cute swimsuit and go shopping for new clothes this summer.

They are so good. I imagine they have a big pot in the back of the she'd full of boiling cow heads and it doesn't deter me from eating them.

I ****ed up by having donuts for breakfast. My daughter wanted to surprise code3 with donuts for breakfast for Valentine's day. She ended up tripping, dropping the plate, and falling on his donuts lol.

Our donuts were downstairs on the table and my daughter wanted to put his on a plate and bring them upstairs where he was sleeping to surprise him. He asked her to bring them back downstairs after a while and she tripped and fell on them lol.
He only eats glazed or cinnamon donuts so would not eat ours.
