What you get for Thursday? I get 2500+. Not bad, it seems like you have had less than 5 3000+ cal days the whole year. Which is mindblowing, but keep moving more. Still too sedentary.

Hopefully for the rest of the year I can keep everything in the 1300-1800cal range to be able to hit sub 200lbs by January 1st.

Looks like you are settling nicely on an upper/lower split, which is my favorite for compliance. Unfortunately I don't know of any beginner programs with that type of split.
