So I ended up not having to go back to work, the night shift supervisor covered for me. I'm very thankful, but my dang schedule got messed up. I would have went to the gym, then to get my hija, then to the doc.
Not a horrible day(under calories), but there was fast food, french toast, chips, and pasta. I ate the dang chips thinking I would skip dinner or eat something small around 8, then I freaking ate pasta.
I'm doing so well this month and I'm not going to let today mess up all the other progress. I notice a huge difference in the look and puffiness of my face when I'm not eating fast food everyday and I want to keep all that bloating and swelling gone.
