This is the first book that I actually did what was in the book WHILE I was reading it. It always knew it to be true, but was too lazy to swap my Bank Index funds charging 0.7% MER to Vanguard's equivalent Index, charging around 0.1% MER. That is a free 0.6% on very large sums of money every year!!!

I have hit a plateau on my weight. Exercise and endurance is not an issue with me. My Diet and lack of tracking Macros is the main culprit. I will give it another week and If I am still stuck, I will have to spend another 15 minutes every day.. tracking my intake.

I have had such a rough time in the last 3 weeks with red itchy skin around my neck
, face, center of my chest and armpits where I sweat a lot.
i finally had a call with my doctor.
He prescribed some topical medication and gave me the same advice as I have been
watching on my morning videos.
As a result, I will not be doing my 4k jogs in the AM as I do get pretty sweaty and
this is one of the things that removes natural body oils and dries my skin out. I am also
off my regular diet.
I have many high histamine foods and foods that I am allergic to
such as sugar free jello. It is like 5-10 calories per full serving but is full of food coloring and
that is an item high on my list. (also no diet sodas) Similarly Yoghurt and citric acid fruits are
out. Lots of the protien bars are full of various types of nuts.. out, Pickles .. out,
40 calorie single popsicles also out.
Will try to stick to 160 lbs until my skin clears and my sleeping gets back to normal.

I did a blood test a week ago. I talked with my doctor yesterday and got a pass. My skin is back to normal and my sleep is also back to normal. I did not fast this last week but I am definitely back on my diet. I will stay on antihistamines and my skin cream. If I break out in a rash from too much sweating, I may stop again (my logging and HARD 75) as too much sweating and hot showers dry my skin out and cause me to itch and rash up.

I am going to start my own 75 HARD Challenge. The hardest part i think will be drinking 4 litres of water per day. I will not be doing this as I have 500ml of coffee and 500ml of protein drink per day.
The rest seems doable. .. It actually seems to be very similar to my morning routine except that I have to do 45min x 2 times per day exercise and one of them has to be outside... so I will have to have a solid 2 hours per day to do all of the activity.
I will have to be awake at 5:45-6am at the latest every morning to get this done.
Here is the list.. must be done every day

Be on a DIET (log your macros)
45 min outside exercise
45 min exercise inside
drink 2 litres of pure water (500ml coffee) (500ml protien +almond milk+water) (500ml vegetable blend)
read 10 minutes (I usually read 30)
take a photo of myself each day

Essentially to do this "75 hard" I have to wake up 45 minutes earlier every morning.
Believe it or not, waking up and going for 90 minutes total is not hard. I just make sure I am in bed and asleep between 10 and 10:30pm.
The hard part that I just cant do is drinking 1 gallon of water per day.
If your imperial I drink around 2.5 quarts of water, a pinto of coffee and , a pint of protein shake (water/almond milk) 3.5 quarts total.
The actual quantities are 2.5 liters water , 500ml coffee and 500ml protein shake.
What you will also notice is my weight goes way up and down depending on how much water I have in me.. so If I just drank 1 liter of water, I am 2.2 pounds heavier. My usual weighing time is around 2pm just before i eat, BUT I have usually taken in 2.5 liters of liquids between 5:30am and 2pm.
I don't take the photo per day. I took one at the start and one on the second day, I will take one per week or so.
