I have had such a rough time in the last 3 weeks with red itchy skin around my neck
, face, center of my chest and armpits where I sweat a lot.
i finally had a call with my doctor.
He prescribed some topical medication and gave me the same advice as I have been
watching on my morning videos.
As a result, I will not be doing my 4k jogs in the AM as I do get pretty sweaty and
this is one of the things that removes natural body oils and dries my skin out.
I am also
off my regular diet. I have many high histamine foods and foods that I am allergic to
such as sugar free jello. It is like 5-10 calories per full serving but is full of food coloring and
that is an item high on my list. (also no diet sodas) Similarly Yoghurt and citric acid fruits are
out. Lots of the protien bars are full of various types of nuts.. out, Pickles .. out,
40 calorie single popsicles also out.
Will try to stick to 160 lbs until my skin clears and my sleeping gets back to normal.
