Was really dizzy this morning. Could not stand up straight at 5:20am so I went back to bed. Had a weird dream of orange and brown mushrooms/fungus growing out of the side of a window sill where I was lying down. I also dreamed of being in a 40" metal container with a window, and the container sliding down the side of a mountain like it was on top of a rock slide. Usually it is just black and white patterns when I close my eyes. Got up at 8:40 and called in sick.

Lastly, later during the day when I lay down, I was able to clearly see green patches when I closed my eyes (not dreaming). Usually it is just black and white patterns when I close my eyes.

I usually exercise at 6am, but today I did not exercise until 3:30 when I was feeling better.

widespread starvation, when she escaped. I think that the last time I remember people starving was band-aid/farm-aid for Africa back in 1985. Since then I do not ever remember hearing of any "starvation" news. I can understand why back in the 80's the food pyramid was full of carbs at the bottom. Lots of Cheap calories. Now , 35 years later, the world (besides N. Korea) has gone to the other end of the calorie intake and are eating ourselves to death.
What is really shocking is her describe that N.Korean women find fat men sexy, like rocket man. She thought that those men had lots of food and food = power. = sexy, because everyone was starving.

Makes me stop in my tracks when I want to complain about something trivial.

I reviewed an old folder with a physical fitness assessment of me in 1991-1992.
I was into fitness back then and my body weight ranged from 159-163.
The big difference is that it shows my body fat % as 12.4%-13.6% back then. This was done by a fitness trainer at
my local gym. Fitness World.
I was into running, golf, skiing, swimming. My best time in a 10k back then was just under 1h, not the best, but I certainly had a lot more muscle.
I remember my top weight being 203 in the year after my second son was born. That would be around 2001.
My wife and I did not go out at all and spent all of our time time working or with the kids in those years.
I am not sure where I will go if/when I hit my weight loss goals, but it is interesting to see that I am back
to where I was 30 years ago!

Video on first meal to eat after fasting for 36h.. they say bone broth. My fast is around 40-42h.
My first meal today is at 2pm. I am not hungry. My body has become metabolically flexible.
I did my exercise just before i broke my fast. I am very clear headed as well.
I have no bone broth. My typical meal is 16oz of broccoli and 4oz carrots steamed. with 0cal hot sauce.
Protein shake, Apple or pear and one of 2 eggs or can of flaked tuna, or half can of beans.
I used to make tuna sandwiches but then stop eating the bread and just added 1tbsp of mayo and
1tbsp of relish.
