Standard rule of thumb is 220 minus your age.
Another is 208 minus 0.7 times your age.
Another is 206.9 minus 0.67 times your age.
Another is 208 minus 0.8 times your age.
Work your butt off for 30 minutes straight at an increasing intensity and check your heart rate at the end to personalize it.
