It would be super easy in America. High protein portable convenience food is plentiful and nearly every restaurant has dieter friendly options with good macros. Bring a walmart roasted chicken and some cottage cheese and fruit with you everywhere and you're set. And of course there are ample meal prep services that'll deliver meals to your house for something between $6 per and $10 per meal.

Here, 100% necessary since Chinese dgaf about macros and eat plenty of protein free meals with super high fats/carbs and calories. None of the restaurants have light options except starbucks.

Starbucks has light options? All I ever see are croissants and mozarello pesto sandwiches at prices triple that of a nozmy Chinese dish

I've got a friend who's a massive WSM nerd, he's spamming sh*t up on facebook. Apparently it's happening right now... So when the f*ck are these guys going to stop this ******ed closed-door-secret-competition ******ation and get some real coverage? I've got nothing to do today. I would watch the sh*t out of that.

I honestly don't know what his thesis is other than: "LC is better than not LC."

They have smoked chicken salad and the spicey beef wrap which are both low carb/lowish fat/high protein. The chicken caesar wrap is very nomzie but high fats.

This is one case where self-experimentation with n=1 might be your best bet, as the external validity is largely irrelevant this time.

My dick gets destroyed by ECA stack.

It could be pyschosomatic. Anxiety affects ED ldo. So if you think you can't get hard, you'll prob panic and not get hard. I'd advise not testing this.

I get hard thru reverse pyschosomantics. I think I can get hard, don't panic, then I do get hard.

I stopped reading the mlylt thread a couple months ago too, which probably helped.

Oh. Also prob some conflation of dieting which is a physical stressor with stimulants taken while on deficit.

I def use morning fap time to help gauge my general levels of stress.

Maybe...at least someone was getting some benefit, even i just purely from and entertainment side.

I'm sure she'll get a lot of positive from the pics today, so that will make the actual reality of where she is and the pizza breakfasts go away for the time being.

I have lifted fairly heavy, week in and week out, for about 23 years now...so yea.

Ironically the only thing that ever affected me was anti-anxiety meds.

This big dose caffeine ED is absolutely real. 5 years never a problem. Blow has always been major problem. Energy drinks sometimes remind me of blow.

But there is more. I average 400mg caffeine per day but spaced out. But it's the one big dose that caused problem. I don't need to see any studies, this girl a perfect 10 lower body. That's my study.

It was embarrassing. She told one of my friends I am a sweetheart. So tilting.

Soon I'll be confusing you and Syndrome.

The major problem with people quoting studies is that we are in the infancy of health and fitness. When they look back in 100 years we are going to be laughed at.

An example of this is Renton's squats. A couple people said their high, yeah they are slightly high from a powerlifting perspective. But in theory they could be perfect for his anthropometry. We are barely in the infancy of looking at the effect of thousands of weighted squats on sedentary human beings.

It's basically the same on diet. I do look at the ground breaking stuff that comes out. For example that dietary cholesterol is mostly irrelevant to blood cholesterol, that was good shiet. It erased 50 years of bad guidelines.

The same thing is going to keep happening. The truth of the matter is, we are mostly health and fitness donks. I am excited for what the future brings but I also realize the realities of natty training are mostly going to dwarf what else I learn. It's all going to be peanuts. Volume is all that matters. And of course steroids, secret peptides, gene manupulaton, etc etc etc. But all of these performance enhancers are obviously going to cause cancer. Because that is part of the realities of natty training. It's sobering yet when you see them for what they are, its beautiful.

What is there to hide, I have talked about it in the past. I absolutely hate it but have done it a few times. It's a stupid drug that gives you a 30 minute high and causes major limp dick. Pass.

Well just to point out that like fish consumption, technically, the invalidated guidelines remain in place, and will likely only roll back gradually with half-measures.

Should I post in the MLY log that while on a pretty large deficit I managed to squeeze in a 20oz ribeye with the fried shallots/rosemary/garlic as a topping and will still prob manage to be under 2k.
