Monte,

Your new log title has earned you a permanent position on the Council of H&F

Doesn't seem like it took the guy long to, "I've made a huge mistake."

Evidently had no idea how cheap McD's is.

Just out of curiosity, how many posters on this board have visible six packs and rep BW press. What're the current guesses?
05-19-2017 , 06:11 PM
G4S is probably it?

Would have to search my browsing history, but there is an Asian guy on YouTube that eats mountains of food every week. Maybe he is up to the challenge.
05-19-2017 , 06:19 PM
Busto?
05-19-2017 , 06:21 PM
Busto has a strong press, but he is nowhere close to 300x1

He's a competitive eater though. His 25 big macs in 25 minutes was impressive.

I can rep my BW on the women's press and if I don't eat for 2 days, flex really hard, and have optimal lighting, you might be able to see a ab. so add me to the list

Freddbird?

I think you mean Matt Stonie. While he's elite, I think even he would have trouble w/ $1000 in 36 hrs.

Fbird has abs?
05-19-2017 , 08:24 PM
I have visible abs, but I'm not sure if I could get the BW press without some serious training.

156.2 this morning, the Garmin Index scale said 9.6% bf which I'm sure is wrong but has me tempted to go have a Dexa scan done. Probably more like Rusty Brooks and really 25% or something crazy like that. But I carry all my weight in my gut, so whatever.

On a serious note, what's the maximum a person my size should lose over a 5 day stretch? I was 161 on Sunday. Only difference is no beer no chips this week.
05-19-2017 , 09:13 PM
162

How many goddamned people brush their teeth in this room?

I'm pretty sure those don't count
05-19-2017 , 10:15 PM
Six pack occurs at 10-14%. Visible abs at 16-19%.

So the only two people that have ever done this are realb and evoken.

Both sauced up. I am shocked.
05-19-2017 , 10:16 PM
What about pummi? He had abs and was strong.

I did 190x7 @ 193 with visible abs.
05-19-2017 , 10:24 PM
Both Pummi and myself got there like 95%. Problem is you start losing strength big time in that lift as you start getting very lean. And I am defining very lean as six pack, which would be 10-14% depending on bodyfat distribution.

This is closer to 20% than 10%. The realities of being a cardiobunny.
